CO-DESIGN

We follow the client from the design stage.

We propose effective solutions to lower production costs while maintaining the functional characteristics of the part.
We identify possible problems in machining and suggest viable alternatives.

ENGINEERING

We design and develop in-house the fixtures and the special tools.

Thanks to our know-how, we have the necessary skills to conceive and develop in-house the equipment and tools best suited for the machining process of each part.
Machine cycles are managed using the latest CAD/CAM technology.

PROTOTYPES AND SAMPLINGS

We machine prototypes and samples according to customer specifications.

Prototypes, samples and pre-series go through accurate preliminary analysis:

We study possible causes of process failure (PFMEA)
We develop a control plan that lists preventive measures designed to mitigate the possibilities under PFMEA
We carry machine and process capability studies (Cp – Cpk)
We evaluate the adequacy of the measurement system using Gage R&R method

SERIAL PRODUCTION

We are specialized in medium to large series.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery in all stages of production process: turning, milling, broaching.

We provide a complete service, from material procurement to the production of the finished good.

We have experience in machining cast iron, aluminum and steel material.

INSPECTION AND WASHING

We ensure product conformity not only in terms of dimensional compliance but also in terms of finishing and cleanliness of end parts.

We perform proper deburring of the part, conduct leak tests on behalf of the customer, and, thanks to modern washing equipment, ensure that the standards of cleanliness required by the most demanding specifications are met.
